vPortal serves as both a content management system and single point of access for the digital content. All data from all presentations are contained within the vPortal database and all end-user access to the content is done via vPortal. vPortal provides a robust interface for end-users to browse and search for the exact knowledge they need--down to the individual slide or spoken word. vPortal's extensive content management capabilities extend over a variety of media and file types, ranging from streaming audio/video and downloadableMP3/4 files to PowerPoint files and related documents.A single vPortal can support different user groups (such as internal employees and external partners) and the content can be organized in categories and subcategories to reflect the customer's taxonomy. Customers also have direct access to the URLs of all presentations for registration within the company's learning management system.
